The finalists in House and Leisure magazine’s prestigious Best of SA awards (published in association with Visa) are featured in the August issue of the magazine after staff have searched far and wide to put together the list of the country’s top five hotels, spas, lodges and restaurants. Readers are then offered the opportunity to help crown the winner in each category, and these winners are showcased in a special supplement in the November issue of the magazine.

  Green Designers at Woolworths
Designs by eco-savvy young designers from six tertiary centres around the country are featured in the magazine each month. Once a year House and Leisure and Woolworths select the 10 best designs of the bunch and finally announce the young designer of the year (and runners up) at a stylish party.

In 2010 House and Leisure sponsored a stand at the cutting-edge Design Indaba Expo in conjunction with Woolworths as part of the Green Designers awards.

Rooms on View, SA’s finest decor and design exhibition, brings together the who’s who of the creative industry under one roof. House and Leisure shared a stand at the show with the stunning Welcome Home range by Source at Boardmans, which was officially launched at the 2010 Rooms on View exhibition.
